The QBH mission is to provide easily accessible, jargon free H.R. Business Admin and ISO Support & Services to organisations in Kent and London. QBH will be an excellent partner for our clients and suppliers and we will be held in high regard by them. QBH will continue to review its offer and will develop services that anticipate and meet customer and market needs.

QBH Solutions vision is to be recognised as the leading provider of HR, Business Admin and ISO support in Kent and London.

QBH will provide access for Clients to these services and ensure complex areas are simplified and easy to understand and use, to impact on the performance and profitability of the Client organisation. QBH will provide services in a friendly, value for money and supportive way that is based on understanding the Client needs and meeting them.

Our aim is to work with a diverse spectrum of owner-managed, small to medium sized business and expand our own portfolio of services growing to become the the South East’s premier provider of HR, Business Admin and ISO Services. All of this whilst retaining our familiar, approachable, relaxed and simplified attitude that has made us a success to date.

David explains his inspiration for creating QBH Solutions;

“I have established QBH Solutions to work with micro and small business owners to sustain their growth and development. The comprehensive experience that I have gained can be very useful for business owners and I hope to have the opportunity to help them avoid the mistakes, problems and stresses that I have encountered and supported other businesses through. To many people, the administration, HR and ISO aspect of a business can seem daunting without any clear place to start; but for me there is a lot of satisfaction in tailor-making a management system to suit a company’s needs and see the relief when managers are confident in the processes that support their business.”

David Burton completed his qualifications in Business Administration in 1996, after this, a period working as a Logistics Manager for a railway construction company introduced David to business management systems in Quality Assurance (QA)…

Health and Safety, and Environmental Responsibility. The strict legislation and regulation in that industry provided a platform to establish and improve his skills in policy writing, internal and external auditing, document control and the development of a business and its employees through excellent administration;David acknowledges, “I was lucky enough to work in a new organisation that was very progressive, embracing new technology, management system ideas and a positive attitude to change”.

With this sound basis in QA and business management systems, over the next fifteen years David then worked for a number of successful small and medium-sized organisations in senior positions, often combining Business Administration, Compliance, Marketing and HR roles; working together with the management teams to sustainably grow their businesses in a variety of sectors; from Rail Engineering, Heavy Plant & Equipment, Driver Training & Fleet Management to Specialist Fostering, Social Care and Property Maintenance!

David qualified from the CIPD (Charted Institute of Personnel and Development) in July 2012 and has since helped organisations to get their Human Resource strategies established correctly from the start. He has witnessed first-hand what can happen if a company has unclear and incomplete policies and wants to help companies prevent the heartache and waste of energy and time that arises out of poor HR practice and attitudes. When David isn’t working he likes to exercise; running and gym. David is also a ‘keen, if rubbish golfer”
