QBH have helped RTF Networks develop their HR Policies. Dave from QBH produced for us a pack of HR policies including recruitment, grievance, disciplinary, family friendly and attendance. Dave worked with us to make sure the policies reflect how we work and that they were easy to understand and implement.

QBH also ran a training course for us on these policies as well as job chats and supervisions. The course was great, covered everything we needed and Dave was able to explain things drawing from his own experiences, case law and also referring to our examples. He also made flapjacks for us too! Outstanding service and would defiantly recommend them.

David came to the University of Kent to assist us with devising and carrying out mock interviews for some of our STEM students. He helped us to develop interview questions which were designed to give the students a feel for real life interviews. During the interviews, David sat alongside us as an interview panellist, guiding the questioning and helping us to take the students through the interview scenario. Thanks to David’s approach and tailored support, each student had the opportunity to experience a tough interview and to then prepare for ‘real’ interviews in the future.

All students were then given written feedback after the interview which enabled the students to hone their interview skills in their own time
